Iron Woman is organized to complete projects through a number of delivery methods, including design-bid-build, design-build, and CMGC/CMaR. We have been involved in alternative delivery and Integrated Project Delivery since our inception in 1999, including effectively managing several design-build projects that included preconstruction services.
