Iron Woman served as the utility contractor for the University of Colorado Denver Wellness Center CM/GC project. The 85,000-square-foot facility is located at the intersection of Speer Boulevard and Auraria Parkway within the CU Denver neighborhood on the Auraria Campus.

The building is a full- service campus recreation and wellness facility that includes amenities chosen by the students while developing the program plan in 2015. The work included construction of 400 linear feet of 8-inch waterline and 600 linear feet of 36-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) conduit in Auraria and Speer Avenues in Denver, Colorado. Iron Woman’s work included participation in preconstruction meetings, as well as site prep, erosion and sediment control, excavation, infrastructure, backfill, and concrete and asphalt restoration.
