Compark Village South is a 300-unit garden-style apartment project located near Chambers and C-470 in Parker, CO.  The project is comprised of 10 apartment buildings with a clubhouse and storage shed.  There are four apartment styles within 24-unit and 30-unit buildings. 

Iron Woman’s work included wet utilities, utility demolition, earthwork, and foundations. Utility work included underground wet utilities and water conveyances including water, sanitary, storm, and roof drain systems, as well as a concrete storm outfall forebay and trickle channel. Demo work included the demolition of existing storm structures and piping.
