Sterling Ranch was a $50,000,000 horizontal infrastructure project that spanned four years, multiple phases and included more than 31,000 linear feet of installed pipe. Work consisted of roadway improvements, including concrete, asphalt, and striping; erosion control; earthwork, grading, and pond construction; utility construction to include sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water construction; and drainage channel structures.​
