As part of a large civil on-call contract with the City and County of Denver, Iron Woman repaired the existing storm sewer and replaced the sanitary sewer system along S. Wolcott Court. Previously, multiple sanitary service laterals penetrate the existing storm sewer, creating a potential for a sanitary discharge into the storm system.

The two systems needed to be separated for water quality and storm water conveyance purposes. The work included repairing the existing 36-inch storm drain and replacing two blocks of 8-inch sanitary sewer. Other areas of work included curb ramp replacement and surface restoration in areas where construction impacted existing conditions.
