Iron Woman completed the restoration of a channel downstream of a pond to reduce erosion potential and to protect against future flooding. Iron Woman’s work included 4,000 cubic yards of earthwork, the removal of multiple structures, sheetpiling, 109 linear feet of an 8 foot by 5 foot concrete box culvert, 1,000 cubic yards of varying sizes of riprap, 600 linear feet of instream boulder vains, grouted boulders, a boulder retaining wall, rootwads, and associated plantings.
