Introducing Employee Ownership at Iron Woman Partners

The first offering for Iron Woman Partners’ employee ownership program, the Enterprise Performance Ownership Program, closed in the fourth quarter of 2019 with great success. The participation rate in the first offering was 61.4% bringing 43 new owners to Iron Woman Partners. Our Founding Member, Shaun Egan, created another program in the fourth quarter through a generous gifting of ownership. As of December 31, 2019, employees own 8.4% of the company, and that number will grow with a bonus program underway and a second offering later in 2020.
